Do you have the textures that go along with the Big Sister?

Also, while I'm at it, does anyone have a model of the Big Daddy from the first Bioshock?

The Big Daddy from the first Bioshock is known as a Bouncer (file).

I can try to find the Big Sister textures, but as I've got exams in a fortnight, I'm trying to limit my external workload.

Oh, and sorry DylanMarx, I hadn't noticed your post. As mentioned above, now=revision time, so I've not been able to get any more unfolding done, I'm afraid.

Just kidding, I spent yesterday figuring it out and was able to get all models and textures. Thanks for the reply though.

Hey Captainimpactor, how did you get the models and textures out of bioshock? I know you must've used the unreal model viewer from gildor's website... but I have no clue how to use it or what file I need to decompile/extract from...

As so: "How to Extract using uModel like a Pro"

I changed the file types to .blk and .bsm. To extract models, and low res textures only, you go into the folder in the BS/BS2 directory, called "maps" (search for it if you can't find it) and I copied the map file(*.bsm) into my extraction directory, and ran the first .bat.

If you want the high-res textures, then you need to copy across the massive texture files (*.blk) as well as the map files, into the same directory, and then run the .bats.

okay, I tried doing it and didnt have too much luck... the instructions would be easier if it was a video or something. Anyways, since Im having trouble, do you think you could get me the models and textures of the wine bottles and such that you see around rapture?

EDIT: by some miracle I managed to extract a model, still dont know how to get textures though

Sure, when I get back (monday probably) I'll start extracting. I might also make a fraps recording (or something along those lines) to help people out.

Ooooh, I forgot this thread was still here. I thought it'd gotten lost in the aether.

I did some unfolds of the Big Daddy: Bouncer body, but as with the Delta suit, it's not actually to human proportions (neither skeleton has a head (just a small neck), which makes it a pain. I can finish the whole suit in maybe 2-3 files to simplify it, but it'd have to be made and then adjusted for people who have anything longer than a 2 inch high neck (i.e. humans).

Is the bouncer unfolded? I am currently working on a different project but i was thinking of doing a bouncer next time.
