Yeah I am going to try out fiberglass and ABS plastic once I aquire the funds for it.
But Sheet Aluminum is probably the route I'll go with the Marine armor, just need to get going to Homedepot or the local metal worker and buy some metal.

i think the aluminum armor (halo 1) would work for that

Yeah thats what I was going to make. Thats also why I am also very interested in the MA5C. Because if I was making HALO2 Marine then I would to the Airsoft gun coversion to battle rifle.

i just like to try new things...well acting im not so good at but i havent really tried it but my actor friends wants me to try it and stunts also plus stunt driving which i wouldnt mind doing

Chewdog, I've made a prop you might like to use yourself. They are Memory Chips. I made them by cutting out cardboard and wrapping them with duct tape. I then wrote designition such as "ONI F.O.R." Meaning Fall of Reach. Pics of helmet coming soon to a theater near you.
