We're back!!!!

Hey everyone it's gadget and I'm glad to say we are remotivated to do armor work!!!! We needed some time to step back and rest but it's fantastic to be back on it. So I decided to finish one bicep and make a multi- threat shoulder and I'm very pleased with the way it came out. I didn't want to start the other shoulder just yet so I decided to pep my helmet it came out awesome!!!! Wolf re-detailed his shoulder and bicep and started his second, it looks pretty amazing so far. If all goes well I hope to have my armor done before anime Boston. And if that happens I'm making a Cortana costume for my service dog spirit!!!! But that's all I have for now, have to rest the knee so I can actually walk in my armor when it's done!!!

Gadget update time!!!!!!

Hey everyone!!!!! It's gadget and I've been working my butt off on my armor. I finished my second bicep and shoulder. I needed a break so I started to paint the silver coat on my chest to see how my armor holds up to the paint. I went to secure my ab plate but something isn't right so I'm going to remake it tomorrow. I also started laying out my forearms. The usual method laying out a paper form and then ill work off of that.

@sara- thank you for the comment I think spirit would be adorable in her costume I hope I have time to make it

We're bacccckkkkkkkkkkkk!!!!!!!!!!

Hey hey hey everyone! We're finally back after a much needed break from armor making. Conventions and. Commissions consumed poor gadgets life. But we are totally ready to jump back into it!! Feels good to be back, I finally convinced wolf to go to dragon con!!!! Whooooo I'm super excited. But here are some updates ladies and gets^.^ Let us know what you think!

Alright this time it's Wolf back to update, after finally recovering my account. So after finishing the shoulder and bicep I jumped right into the helmet. Running the scout helmet, found a pep file I liked then had to change some things at the bondo step to be more accurate to in game model. So enough with the chit chat and on to the eye candy.

Thanks guys, my colors are sage and teal, gaining to paint it those colors as best to in game looks as possible. Just wiped out my air brush and primed the helmet. Not going to paint any parts thou until they are all done, so it's easier to make colors and what not.

Okay I lied on that last post XD. I found. Some paint that matched the colors I was looking for and decided to test them out on the helmet. Painted it yesterday just the base colors (black and sage), still have to detail, black wash, and weather it. I'll post a pic up later. Also I'm going to be removing the visor from my out Jun helmet and put it in this scout helmet if I can do so without damaging it. I let ya know how it goes.

Ok pics of helmet soon (later today maybe). Thinking about visor options, might do a face shield cut to size with some of this tint. That would be cheaper and easier than the motorcycle visor. Thoughts?

Alright ladies and gents, time to update!
Like I said before I tinkered with the helmet a bit and last night started my RT forearm, well today I finished said forearm. I had to modify the template as I transferred it to foam to get it to fit me better, so here's the results, as always I'm open to cirtisims.
