damn to actually see pics of hog and one that was fan built at that. Amazing. I always thought they were bigger though. I hope to build one in 1/6 scale soon enough though it looks like its gonna be an absolute bitch lol

"Real" Warthogs in the games are impossibly large. Ours is a fraction smaller than the Weta one which benefits from slightly wider axles and hydraulic suspension which can make the vehicle taller and shorter at will (the joys of big budgets and greater levels of engineering). A real Warthog would dwarf even the Weta one - says a lot about just how big those things are.

Whew! Congats to the Op Chastity team for one fantastic Warthog, and what sounds like a great time at the Expo. I'm very excited about this film and all it's related props.



It would be cool if people stopped bringing up the steering wheel, I just don't see how it's a big deal. It's built how it's built, and it's got reasons for it. People can build their own 'Hog if they've got a problem with it.

It's just utterly breathtaking Peter. I've followed the build and it's still above and beyond what I thought was possible.. makes me want to quit making armor and launch headfirst into my own Warthog build.. if only.

Steering wheel talk is actually starting to genuinely annoy me - I wish some people could see past that and just see the accomplishment. We had a ton of issues that should have meant it didn't happen. It seems so petty and entirely trivial.

Don't worry about the steering wheel talk. Most would freak at the cars outside the usa.
