Might need to size these up in your slicer a bit. In cura it made it super tiny, had to scale it 10x its size, but it worked.

I modified files from Stud.io to make life sized, 3D printable versions of all 6 kanohi masks worn by the toa mata in Bionicle. Each mask has the inner stud removed to make wearing more comfortable, has been scaled up, and has been made manifold.

Full sized versions of each kanohi mask worn by the toa mata from Bionicle. Each file was modified from Stud.io to make them more comfortable to wear and to be life sized. Additional scaling can be done for a more personalized fit. These files were also made manifold to allow for 3D printing.
