um if u free hand it u just have to draw it out to fit your body, this can be done easily by simply putting the paper or card u are going to draw on on your body and marking out the size of your chest and then draw out your templates in relation to your markers

Thanks man. It was a little tricky but i used the game armory to get a good reference to draw on

Its done and dusted guys, Sorry for the late update, been held up at university. Visors in and done, same method used to make it as my odst helmet, heres some pics

Also since my last update i entered a Cosplay competition at the Armageddon Expo in Aucklkand (kinda like comic-con for america) I won the novice division overall, so stoked. Ill put up some pics from the expo for you guys later, for now, heres some on-stage images
