Halo 3: Odst - Pepakura Armor

It's a sketchup file. That way you can modify it to fit your version of the gun before you unfold and pep it. I'll be releasing the full file with all the parts in my Buck WIP thread when I'm satisfied with the way it's turned out.

Actually, sort of. It's the magazine of an M6C/M6C SOCOM/M6G of my own design. It's basically the base pistol with interchangable parts to make it either an M6C (Halo 2), an M6C SOCOM (Halo 3: ODST) or an M6G (Halo 3). I'm in the final stages of pepping now and it's coming out pretty nice. Tough to pep, though. Here's a sneak peek...

Very good idea! I think someone shuold unfold all modifications in one file so that you can change the attachements.

So that's where you went...anyway, that pistol is cool. I thought leekegan did something similar by making the m6c, then the attatchment for the socom, then the laser housing for m6g. But now, us non-woodworkers can build that too!

That's exactly what the file will be. Once I'm satisfied with the way the pep turns out, I'll start a thread in the weapons column and release it. As of now, there are more open edges than I would like, so I've got to tweak the model some.

ARMOR UPDATE:



Got the little details on the center equipment piece done. My helmet got its first (almost full ... I had some blue tape on it) coat of resin on the outside, and a first application of Rondo (*chorus of angels*) on the inside. Already really strong where the rondo is, so I'll only need a little matting once it's all rondo'd.



Both standard and CQB shoulders and finished and strapped. Just have like two decals to add on them.

They're basically my favorite band besides maybe Metallica and Green Day (and trust me, I'm not the typical modern Green Day fan who only knows American Idiot and 21st Century Breakdown stuff... I've been listening to them since I started learning to walk. Same with Metallica and the Offspring. lol)

Well, I sorta knew that skull was from a band (lol, but not which one), but honestly I picked it because it looked cool. But that's fine because I really like Offspring songs (their vocals are pretty unique in my opinion)



Does anyone know if I'll still be able to get an ODST visor from Rube (or was it Ruze?) when my helmet is close to finished?

I see that you're rondoing the inside, is that where it's supposed to be applied so the details are kept? And then when are you adding fiberglass? :unsure
