ANSWER TO THE ARMOR QUESTION -

Will Cherry said it was MK VII armor . AWSOME! New armor!

Can't be Mark VII, as of the end of Halo 3 he hadn't met up with anyone who could make Mark VII armor. ONI was not developing it, and Hasley is in the Shield world. Plus there is also the little fact that he has been in a Cryo-tube so how did he change his armor??? That being said I think it's kool looking but it's not very consistent to the story since it seems to pick up right where halo 3 left off in it's legendary ending

I'm telling you guys now...this is just like the trailer for Halo 2, or Halo 3. It's non canon. Something like the action in this teaser will probably happen in Halo 4, but it won't happen exactly as we're seeing it here. In all likelyhood, he gets out of Cryo, and he gets the MK VII with built in jetpack later. They're just trying to show it off right now without giving away too many plot details.

Agreed. Like the Halo 3 "Starry Night" trailer that had a throw-down bubble shield that didn't make it into the game in that form.

Or the first Reach trailer where Noble team goes and there is a giant blue explosion in the sky with a Covenant carrier. In the final game, none of that happens, they just fly off to a downed communications outpost.

I think (and hope) it's just to build hype and attract the new Halo players who' s first Halo game was Reach.

That weapon in the trailer is like a mini rocket propelled grenade launcher. It fire the whole front section off the weapon and he just loaded the new round on the tip. Much like the WWII German rocket propelled grenade.

The flash makes it seem like its armour piercing, probably fires a molten core into and through the metal plating. we have weapons like this today and for some time.

Well when he first grabbed it, it didn't even have that on the front. Perhaps it's some sort of attachment or it's a grenade that he stuck on it and he can fire the grenade too?

At its E3 press conference this morning, Microsoft officially unveiled Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, a remake of the game that launched the Xbox brand 10 years ago this November. Set for release on November 15th, Halo CE Anniversary will be priced at $40.00 USD and will feature a host of new additions, including online cooperative play.

Halo CE Anniversary is being developed in conjunction with Timeshift developer Saber Interactive and Certain Affinity, known most recently for their work on the second Map Pack DLC for Halo: Reach. Anniversary uses the Halo: Reach engine to present an updated look for the original campaign, as well as a Classic mode featuring the original assets from Halo: Combat Evolved.

Six multiplayer maps from the original Halo: CE are making the jump to Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, along with "Damnation" from Halo 2. Multiplayer will feature the full sweet of options that players have come to expect from the series - including Firefight mode.

Expect additional details on Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary at this summer's Halo Fest, being held at the Penny-Arcade Expo from August 26th through the 28th.

I don't think that's what it says. It just says that Certain Affinity developed the Defiant Map Pack for Reach. And it says the 6 maps are making the jump to Halo CE Anniversary, not Reach.

It had it on the front. Its their just need to slow things down.

Im positive its some sort of Grenade launcher but what the explosive is, thats a mystery to wait for. Maybe a man mad early plasma weapon of some sort. mankind cant build weapons to directly fire the plasma so they made it into a grenade launcher with a high explosive round of plasma.
