Dear Robo!
Would you please add to the bottom of your boots the following floating faces? (You can find them on MC texture I hope)
Thanks!

hey just wondering, but when should we expect the struts for the boots? i was thinking about resining them soon. keep up the good INCREDIBLE work! people who make these files should be booted up to GOD ranking on these forums :p i mean how often do you guys get to actually make your armor when you are so busy pleasing everyone who wants your files? here, i'll give you a dancing cat for now. But i shall have more for you someday! MUAHAHAHAHA(evilish sounding, yet good hearted laugh!)

I'll have the new boots up pretty soon. I've unfolded 3 out of the 4 of them (left 2-piece, right 2-piece, left 3-piece, right 3-piece). I made a super-speed unfolding video of one of the boots HERE. I've been a bit slow in the modeling thing lately because of homework, playing Xbox LIVE, and trying to build the pep pieces, plus I just have to many projects going :cautious:

It's good to hear that you won't be inspecting the walls as much now :D. I'm building your helmet now, so I might not be on as much for a while :)

The new supported boots are now up.
You can download them in the first post. The file includes the 2-piece and 3-piece boots, and you can use the 3-piece boot supports on the old file. You'll have to estimate where the supports go for the old file though. I also fixed the flipped faces problem from the old boots.

check it out. i finished the HD boots!

A bit of an update:

I've finally been able to get back to work on the bicep. I haven't been able to for a while because I've completly given up on trying to use Milkshape 3D, so I've only been using 3ds Max. Only thing is that I can only use 3ds Max at school, and I've been working on some projects lately. But I've finished the projects, so I can get back to the models. :D

That bicep looks awesome!! as do all your other models(which I still need to finish ), thanks for taking the time to build them :D

Will there be an easy way to do the bicep without the Mk VI shoulder? Need to figure out a good way to mount all these perm shoulders ;)

Robo, do you ever get tired of being amazing?

I can't wait to build this. I just hope I don't mess this up (having to remake HD pieces is painful); I scaled the basic bicep to my height and it came out huge.

The bicep will be done soon, maybe next week. I can only work on the models during the week, and only for less than 3 hours. I've completely given up on Milkshape 3D, so now I can only use 3ds Max at school. I use the school computers about 3 hours per day.
I also stare at screenshots for a while. Yesterday I looked at the model and the screenshots for about 2 hours without doing much of anything.

Today I made some more progress, so I'm about done with the inner bicep, the front/outer part, and the back/inner part. That leaves the outer part to finish, so I hope to get done this next week. I do need to get more screenshots from different points of view. I though I got as many as I would ever need, but it turns out that there are certain pieces that need more points of view, or are completely hidden. I'll take some more this weekend.

For the next piece I'll probably be making the forearm. It kind of goes with the pattern, and it has some good details that I'll be looking forward to modeling.

well sounds like I need to get my torso done and rebuild my helmet soon so I can keep up with you. I think im gonna save the boots for last. Kinda start at the head and work my way down.
