What version of pepakura disigner are you using, not what pep you are doing. For ex. Pep Designer 2?

oh sorry. im using pep designer 3.

Ok, then just simply measure your head from your chin to the top of your head in cm, add about a 1/2 cm-cm ontop of that, then go to 2d menu, change scale, convert cm to mm hight wise, then the rest will set itself and you have a scaled helmet! Same process with any body part. Hope this helped! :)

Everybodys head is a different size... Just measure yours, follow my instructions, and go with it! (But making another tester wouldn't hurt)..... :)

As I said before, you can contact me via MSN or Skype with your questions. I can walk you through the scaling process from start to finish. I normally teach with an un-published scaling method that is by far the most accurate I have used. Any member that has employed my help will tell you that the armour part we scaled together came out perfectly, and there were no problems with the armour fitting proportionally on their body.

Again, contact me with your questions.
