Started working on creating a template for a visor today....

well, 2 mins with a dremmel and some acrylic, and 5 mins at 160 in the oven, drape forming a template dosnt really take long. This really is a beautiful helmet guys. I cant wait to start painting it. MMMmmmm white and silver MC. I just hope I can do this thing justice.

That is true however a true "bishop" helmet is better than the OSCS but the difference is so slight only uber-nerds can tell the differences.

Ahaha you hit the nail on the head on both counts dude; I’ll let the boys point out the various modifications made since it’s been awhile and I’m fuzzy on a few of the details but this bucket is by far the best around clone wise.

From here on I’ll let the photos of Lewis’s helmet speak for themselves.
