LOL. Looks like everyone has a banner better than mine....

Xes is actually building a new website since our original is temporary. Finding time to do it is the problem.

<--Look the cat is happy to be out of the bag...

Website and a little bit more... but that is still classified.

Sorry but what's CNC? Don't take the time if it's too much to ask. :)

Computer Numerical Control, Typicaly a Mill or Lathe that operates by GCcode and coordinates to control the tooling.
Basically the table moves in the X and Y and the loaded tool in the Z.

some pics: (this is on an older 1 tool machine. Most modern machines can load up to 20 tools and change them as needed automatically)

here is a cool video of a CNC mill in action, even has some footage of the code being run through.

The mill used for the Legendary helms has a Robotic arm vs a Table, I think...

PS. hard to make out the pieces but check out JPL's Massive CNC Mill. It can mill a car.

xes & Renga... well gotta get you outta noob status... to .... legendary.

Did they put another man on the project?

...they are part of our crew...not so much on the prop side of things but still just as important...

...art, graphics, and research are their talents...oh and kicking my butt at H3 and COD4

Ahaha…I’m just happy to help out in whatever capacity I can for John and Lewis, occasionally I’ll get lucky and find something useful.

…Very proud to be part of the crew and seeing this project develop from the ground up… :)

…As for those H3 and COD4 skills it’s usually the both of us getting pulverized by random 12 year olds.

I'm probably being a pleb, but is Legendary Armour planning on selling these armour sets? or is this just a group of guys doing something they enjoy? I've read the whole post and the question of sales crops up again and again, seemingly, without answer....surely the best way to bury the question is just to make a statement.

Back on topic, the work looks really good! I wonder what it would take to make a "usable" set for...other activities :)

Can't wait to see more!

Not quite sure what we are doing with this yet. We are in discussions about it now. We are working on this project but taking a different approach at the moment.

Once you finish will you sell some of the molded helmets... cause... I REALLY REALLY WANT ONE!!!!!! :D

Btw good job that helmet looks amazing!!!!!!:dancing:

I don't know what we are doing with this yet. We are getting some further info at the moment. I'm sorry for being vague. I just don't want speak out of line.... Sorry guys...hang tight.
