I was looking into buying a morph suit- these are totally awesome and great undersuits for Halo or any Costume.

The trouble is-
Large fits 5'4 to 5'10
XL Large fits 5'10-6'2

I'm 5'10...so Should I get a large or XL ( I am not going to grow in height anymore )
If anyone has one and is about this height- It would be great help!!

This is a link to view the morph suits on Ebay--->

Well mostly, it depends on your body shape if your right on the edge.

But you will probably want a XL, as on the morphsuit website, it says Large "Are you shorter than 5'10", but taller than 5'4"?"

I am about 5'10 and 1/4 lol- and weight in at 140 pounds--- I just wonder if the XL will be alittle saggy if I get it.. but I don't want to wipe out of the Large....

Thanks for your help! I'm buying one over the internet so... I can't try it on. Thanks again!

i would acctually go with the large... so it will be tight on you

(and you can always return it and get the XL if the L dont work out)

I thought about that- but if I did get a motocross jacket- How do you put the armor onto it? Velcro? Just wondering- I hot glued velcro to my other Master Chief suit-- Just wondering, Thanks Nogood

I've used velcro on my kids MCs. The "industrial" velcro is just branding. The glue backing is hardly strong enough to hold anything. Plus it won't even stick to resined surface. So to answer your question, do not use velcro. Lookup the sticky on how to mount your armor and that should give you some idea. Generally we use nylon straps and buckles to hold all the pieces together.

What you need is to size your chest piece a little bigger to allow space for the motorcycle armor. Run straps accross the top of your shoulders and meet the shoulder pieces on the side. Run more straps on the bottom to hold the cod piece. The cod piece will need to be strapped to hold the thigh pieces. After all said and done, you will use the chest piece to bear the brunt of the weight of the entire armor.

Hmmm... I understand some what---- clear as mud-==0=----=00==-

Such as Longshot's armor ( He has straps running from his cod piece to his thighs.. So the chest holds everything up basically....

I'll look into it more using other threads! Thanks for the help though CoolC!! VERY HELPFUL!!

P.S. I made my suit using foam and just black clothes... so hot glue and velcro worked ( BUT I see it won't work for resin and bondo method now...)

Thanks again!!

Heck for that price id buy both. cheaper than I thought for the motorcycle armor. That fixes the gap between shoulder and shoulder armor and will look more like chief. The morph suit will fill in the gaps everywhere else, maybe some knee pads of some sort. awesome. As far as the mounting goes I plan to glue a backpack into my back torso armor, then I can just throw that on like a back pack which can be filled with padding easlily. Then the front will snap on with magnets and pegs, and everything else will basically strap to that.
