Looks good, though I worry somewhat that you've made too big a batch of bondo at once, and rushed to get it all on, since you've put an awful lot on the nose area and obscured the finer detail there.

I made small amounts of bondo just muffed it up on the nose I am going to sand it down sunday hope get it at least get sanded and primered. I used a credit card for a spreader.but I did use two stir sticks as a sanding block for some of the edges still tons of sanding.... also bondo job was a little hard do to it is like 35 degrees out in my garage.

I did add too much to the nose but I was trying too get a good curve... but I have sanders so can get it knock down to a workable amount fairly easy...thanks for the comment tho.

Bad idea - apply your bondo in small amounts. It's easier to work with and you won't lose sight of the clean lines you had in your Pep work - and then chew through those lines in an effort to find them again. Plus, it's a lot cheaper and you're not wasting the time, bondo and sandpaper on digging the excess away to get those lines back; the idea is to build your bondo up in thin, easily-managed layers instead of 'sculpting' with it and sanding down to the level you need.

Looks like you've got a bad case of spam. Go take a shower and use plenty of anti-bacterial soap. That usually helps.

Woo spam lol... but I well have an update tomarrow hope to get helmet in prepaint condition and a good start on the torso....thanks for the comments and continuous interest in my projects guys. Also feel free to post over in my halloween spirt tread pumpkin carvings and costumes.

UPDATE PICS. helmet nearing final paint should be painted tomorrow and then will be starting on the torso.
Just an fyi this is just primer, the finished helmet will be a matte olive. Still sanding and wetsanding to be done. With a little bit of spot puddy to.

That would amazing!!!! Or maybe a wrath!!! Idoubt I will have time as Halloween is like a week away... maybe by the time we going to the con this summer.

Right. It would be pretty sick having a 30 ich spartan rolling in a wrath or hog... man a ghost would be pretty proportional at that size tho. I might try it now.. I am pretty geeked about it. Thanks for the idea.
