Edit#2: I just realized that if you make the yellow coloured one full sized it looks hand drawn, even though it is a screenshot. That makes it even cooler.

You hold RB, LB, A, Right Analog Stick, and D-Pad Down for three seconds and your weapon is down.

Indeed it is complicating, I had to use my mouth for the D-Pad part lol

As for the pics, omg where do I start? I got lots, some of them don't show up on bungie.net :[

It's easier to use your chin for the analog stick instead.

It's actually both Reload Buttons, Jump, Crouch, D-pad Down at the same time in a local game not on Live. The reason I know this is I changed my button settings and it wasn't working for the longest time till I adjusted to the changes I made.

Edit - Yes your weapon will stay down till you fire.
