It's easier to keep track of your target when you're jumping around and meleeing.

can you drive vehicles and get out and will it still be down?

Yes it will still be down but the gun will be back on your screen but when u run around your gun will look funny cause it won't move it will just stay still

Acually me and Xalender play alot and when we try this we pressed the wrong button and got white text all over our screen.

right middle finger- right bumper
left middle finger-left bumper
right index finger- A button
left index finger- left thumbstick
left thumb- down on Dpad
