This guy's account was perma-banned after that first thread. Some accounts were unbanned after the site upgrade, and since pretty much all links were killed in the switch it's been hard tracking those members down.
He was banned the first time and he's being banned again right now.

The fact that this guy isn't banned forever is a freaking disgrace for the forum. I suppose the staff don't really care anyway seeing how the 405th has gone down the toilet and nothing has been done about it. If a moderator reads this, please ban and delete my account, because I will not be coming back to this sad excuse for a forum.

I know your upset, but work was done to prevent him from being on 405th.
He snuck back through, which is regrettable, but it doesnt mean that the forum as a whole is evil.
We all know that he stole your file.
And then he tried to do it again with someone else's file.
But thats one person out of the entire forum.

And we only have a limited ammount of mods on the forums.
The idiot to mod ratio is leaning very heavily in the favor of the idiot's.

And even if you dont stay, could you at least leave with dignity?
Going out like this reflects poorly on you. And reflects poorly on the forum.
