Thanks to everyone for the welcome back and compliments

Okay so I have a small update today with one of my boots finished and ready for paint and I even found out how to wear it over my shoes I will make a video on how I did it later and post it possibly later tonight or tomorrow.

Updates!!!!!

BIG… Please

Yes that is right folks another big update today as of right now I only have 2 active builds. My Reach Foam build and my MK VI (Chiefs H4 armor) my goal is to at least finish my Reach build for Halo-ween and maybe get my MK VI done for Midnight launch. Any way in today’s update I completed the last bit of detailing for my gauntlet and finished my left Bicep as well as my ODST Shoulder and the Counterassault UA attachment for my chest. I want to finish my foam work by the end of the week. For my under-suit I will be using ablack Morphsuit that I will get from the Party City I work at. Any way that is all for now I will have more pic’s soon.

Your Reach build is looking great. I am digging the bicep piece. Its great to see another buildert from Az. Good luck with getting it done on time. I am trying to see if I can finish mine it time for Halloween too.

UPDATE

Small... Please

Okay so not a big update today but I thought I would share what I got done. Well because i have so many pictures i will go through with the pictures.

Torso Armor/ UA Counter Assault: I finished the counter assault and attached by using a wooden stick and Ceramic Magnets that way i can change out attachments. To make the magnets blend in i cut away a small piece of foam and incerted the magnets there.

Bicep
Next I started work on my other Bicep piece. Not much but I will share it. I also finished my other ODST Sholder but I don't have a pic of it

Some teplates for knee armor I also have my Belt traced out but again no pic.

And finaly my helmet I am almost done adding my Visor to it I have it cut out just got some shaving to do then I can pop in the Plexi-Glass (Pics are in Chronological order) PS this was done in just a few hours.

It's probably a little late to add this now, but on the only other GUNGNIR build I've seen the idea they used for a "visor" was a peephole where that little eyepiece thing goes. I'm assuming that you'll be trying to make the visor blend in with rest of the helmet so it doesn't look so visor-y?

Ya on Roxy's build, I saw that and I already tried it but i did not work out like I would have hoped. As for making the visor blend in I will be using Grey window tint on the Plexi-Glass to make it blend in as much as possable.

Big... Please

Okay so a bit of a big update today, not really in what I got done but I what I have left... ONE PIECE TO GO!!!!! Yes that’s right I only need to finish my Belt piece then I will have a fully wearable foam suit. After the belt I just have my 2 add-ons Tac-pad and Hard-Case then it will be 100% and ready for sealing then paint. I AM SO HAPPY. Anyway I just finished my other Bicep and my Knee armor so... Picture time!!!!

FOAM WORK ON THE MAIN SUIT IS DONE!!!!!!!!!
Yes that is right my main armor segments are done. I still have to do the TAC-Hardcasebut that should be easy, I even have an idea on how to open and close the Hardcase so I can store items in it like my wallet or cell phone. I have some Pictures to share alough no pictures of the full costum but that will change by the end of the week when I get my Morphsuit

Small... Please

My suit has finally been fully assembled!!! I was finally able to get my MorphSuit and wear my armor for the first time. So I still need to find a way to hold my armor in place but I think that some simple Velcro should do the trick. I have yet to start the HardCase but that will be done soon. Next week I will start sealing and paint.

Update… BIG

Okay so I started painting my costume toady and so far it is coming out really nice. I am going to have Blue as my primary and Smoke Grey as my secondary colors. I skipped sealing only because I don’t have the money to afford it but I think that the paint is doing a good job of that. I hope by the end of the week I will have a complete suit painted rigged and lighten up. Oh and on the noted of lighted my arrived today 12 blue LED’s for the shield emitters. On to the pic's!!!
