Just wanted to share a couple more pics I took with the master and castings. The master is in the center, flanked by castings on either side.

I'm quite pleased with the detail that the mold picked up.

I am also in the process of working on the visor buck for this helmet, so we can have some visor madness for these beasts!

Here it is!!! it has finally arrived after its long journey across the country. (litterally across the country lol) and man let me tell you that box it was in went through a lot. Im happy you packed it as well as you did.

Well thats all of the pics so far i have taken of the helmet. It is truely a gorgeous helmet and im glad i decided to purchase it. There is not really much to clean up on it at all. Just a few little things to touch up, but you can barely tell. I will be making a thread when i start to do some work with the helmet, but that might not be for a few weeks as im still unpacking from moving

Annnnnddd.....we have visors! I've been working with my good friend JUSTINIAN 117 to get these finished up for a little while now.

Here is the master visor buck that was created.

A mold was made...

Then two visor bucks were cast out of SmoothCast 320. Justin and I each cast one of these.

Next up Justin took over and started the process of prepping the bucks for use on the vac forming table. They had to be filled with foam and a couple of other things to get them ready to go. Here they are on the table and after the bucks were removed.

Next up, Justin's specialty tinting process. Quite a few steps are involved in getting these to look the way they do. Here is a pair after the chrome has been added.

Followed by the gold treatment...

They really turned out great. They'll be going in the mail soon and on their way to me. So you guessed it, they'll be available to you guys as well! Send me a pm if you're interested in picking up a helmet and or a visor. Thanks for looking!
