Can You Cast Gorilla Glue To Make Armor Pieces? Also To Strengthen Craft Foam?

I know that this stuff is strong but would it be strong enough to be casted and made into armor pieces. When i glued some lego pieces together the foam that came out was smooth and pretty tough to dent and stuff. I was just wondering if anyone tried this and if it would be strong enough for big pieces. Also could you coat this stuff over craft foam to make it hard or would the foaming occur and ruin the craft foam.

I've used gorilla super glue to hold together my pepakura molds, it works. It works well...BUT I advise maybe buying a LOT of rubber gloves..
