Hmmm, not sure why it wouldn't? Have you checked out the Rigify tutorial video by CG cookie? I know it took me 4 or 5 tries before I got the Halo 5 Male Under suit to work. A few problems may occur with the layers, or with some of the rotations with the finger joints not be lined up properly. By lined up, I mean the rotations of the finger bones. Also, in pose mode. If you start messing with switching things from FK, and IK movements that can gets things out of whack. So you just got to remember what you switched, or things just want pose right.

SavedbyGraceG12 after beating my head with my good arm I think I figured it out. I was trying to rigify with the armor on and in place instead of parenting it afterwards

Hey Crimson! Talking about Destiny files, I saw you made one for the Titan and Warlock VoG helmets, but have you/are you thinking of working on the Hunter one as well?

hello peoples,


here is the hellcat armor minus the helmet. it will be done today or tomorrow, but right now I am getting ready to take my girls to the water park. I will just sit there and hope I don't get kidnapped by peta.
the chest kicked my butt for a while. I could not find the extra vertices and faces, so I selected all by trait, loose and non manifold still nothing, so I searched one face by face for 4 days, did I mention it took me
4 days extra on top of getting the chest manifold. so if you find anything wrong please let me know asap. I use pepakura to check my work for extra faces as it will tell you if you have loose or extra geometry but
it wont show where they are located, fun. fun fun

my shoulder is better but my right thumb index and middle finger go numb whenever they feel like it. normally I find out because I am holding some thing and it falls out of my hand, it has happened with drinks. too much fun.

Shonen no I am not the boss, if I was I would have completed this.......

but sadly I have restarted the helmet alone 5 times already and I keep deleting it and starting over oh well I did restart the srl sparrow from destiny many times in multiple days. it looks deceptively simple, as in simple shapes as sphere and extrusions but nope fail sauce. I do wish it was in game as I absolutely love the design.



here is the hellcat helmet, it has many small faces and back cuts, but I like a lot. next I probably will do the recluse or the teishin don't now yet. trying to catch up on the halo stuff

SavedbyGraceG12 thank you for unfolding these and anything else I think it probably be at 5o(I kept staring at this number thinking hey a lower case zero when did they put that on my key board) plus pages. that set is a really nice set. that chest armor was a lot of fun to make it manifold, but it looks really sanzy. I would love to able to 3d print that chest armor but in sections not sliced. I am starting on the shinobi set right now. that helmet will have to grow on me though. the teishin set looks nice but the geometry is really weird. in example when I hit alt j to convert tris into quads I would have to straighten out each face and when I did it started changing the look of the chest.

I think its just the ear thingys sticking out on its sides that trowing it off. Maybe make them detachable, that way the assembler has the option of whether or not they would like to keep them. SavedbyGraceG12 are you asking about the h4 mc back detail. I tried and it looked like crap. I mean bad, to the point I rage quit that day. the shinobi helmet I did it as you asked, the ears are separate as well as the horn. then I re did it and attached everything back on.

Yes sir, that is what I was referring to. Its all good though, thanks for at least taking a crack at it! Also that should be good for now, the rest of the Hellcat armor, and the Shinobi armor should keep me busy the next fews days with unfolding.

Costarican man oh man I wish these were ready for 3d prints. I purposely remove and simplify the files to be easier to pep in cardstock. most of the extrusions I remove as they can be made easier with foamies and balsa wood. sorry.



also I cant get access to the destiny stl generator site. I don't know if it is on my side or the site is wack. either way I have no access.
