Update incoming:
Been working on the top front of the helmet today.
At the moment the visor area looks a little small, BUT once I add some more parts it will fix itself up.



Sizing is still looking very promising which is AWESOME
After a short break, I'm going to try to get a bit more done tonight so hope to see another update sooner than later...

Yes you can I Molded my pistol and it's made of insulation foam, foamboard, craft foam mod podge, and paint. Just make sure you use mold release agent and let it dry.

Most pieces are contoured before I attach them together, and every piece is heat foamed.

What thickness foam are you using ?

The black is 6mm Eva Foam.
The purple is 2mm Craft Foam.

Managed to get the top of the helmet done.
[The visor area is slowly forming into the correct place]





I am very relived to say that the sizing works great!
This means that I won't have to rebuild it at a different size.

Here is a picture to show the size difference to my other helmets:



I am close to completing this stage now...

Time for an update...

Been working on the back of the helmet:

The helmet is almost completely built [minus the minor detailing].
In my next update it should be basically done...

Update time!

Stage 4 [Foam Version] is now about 95% complete.

I think the sizing looks good ( definitely feels good ).

All that is left now is adding minor details and adjusting a few things.
I will be putting a foam visor in for now to keep the helmet in the correct form for Stage 5 - Hardening.
