Been working on an DFT Halo 3 battle rifle for a few weeks to go with the odst. I think it's coming along well.
Should be ready in time for my local con. Followed his steps and added a couple parts of my own. Got done with leak sealing last night

Finished the halo3 BR55. scope was a nerf scope i pulled from a pack I bought. Con is tomorrow so I pulled it out just in time!

Finally got to debut the suit! I also competed in the contest and had to compete in the "Masters" bracket since beginner and advanced were filled but I still had a great time and the judges seemed to like the costume as well as the audience. Played the warthog run music from halo 3 for my stage walk.
There was a lot of awesome people at the event and I can't wait to hit up more cons in the future! (no I didn't win the contest, masters has some amazingly talented cosplayers)

I also met one 405th member Dirtyphonics42 (ODST guy)

donut(RvB) was not on the forums and neither was the chief I told them to check the forums out though. I met one other ODST(not pictured) not on the forums as well and told him to jump on. tis sad how many 405th members we could have
