There's not one broad thing I hope or expect to learn here, but there are problems I might (and probably will) have, where having a supportive community to take advice/recommendations from at my side would be very helpful

Other: I've had an account for several years, though to be honest, I've had difficulties adjusting/integrating into forums (ironically, I don't usually have problems with things like Discord. It's just the structure and general "pacing" of forum interactions make me lose interest, but I'm trying to break the cycle), so I hope this'll be different and hope that this'll be a good community for me, and that I'll perhaps find people in my general area to go to a yearly convention near my town with (hope to wind up with membership in the Colonial Regiment - I don't know if the numbers 203, 416 or 417, or 8508 [big jump, I know] are taken, but it's a mildly-secret dream to have one of those as an assigned number; I also hope mentioning that isn't blasphemy). I'm also in the very early stages of designing my own ODST costume, which I'll show off here if/when I make enough progress to have something to share.
