Kahn's Carter Build (Renamed)

Did a test wear at a small event, had almost no movement but i've fixed that, i think, i redid the electronics in the helmet so i now have hearing assist, the height boosts worked, they did hurt my feet a bit but, they worked, the shins being held in place by the foam inserts also worked, the only thing i'm still waiting on to finish is the new visor, here is a picture of before i cut off a little of the chest gasket so i could move my arms more freely, i will have more pictures for yall after summer con which is in about 2 weeks.

Wow, looks awesome!

It doesn't look pretty but i moved the fans and got my hearing assist put in, i had to drop the mics out of the helmet into the chest piece because of feedback, so ill have to have someone help me set it up but once the helmet is on i shouldn't need to take it off for much. still waiting on my new visor to get back from branfurh, should come in any day now. I will need help taking off the helmet but...i shouldn't need to do it too often. i'm open to suggestions on how to prevent feedback cause id love to have it all in the helmet but alas, i couldn't figure it out. will be wearing this at summer con next, probably will have issues that ill post in the thread after the event, im expecting feet pain.

Had a pretty good event suit wise at Washington Summer con, everything worked out well, the hearing, the changes to the undersuit, im considering something kinda big....when i made this suit or as i've made it i've gotten better at things...there aren't super visible print lines but for competitions they would be all too visible, at least to me. I'm considering doing a sand down to the filler primer level and repainting, also repainting to be more in line with carters color scheme. its alot of work but if i want to start doing competitions it needs to be my best work. thoughts, or ideas of how to make it easier, im curious if anyone else has done this and has some hind sight on things they could've done differently?
