That's a sweet gat bro...just oozes sexyiness somehow. Again, love the detail work! Will you be scratchbuilding the torch in front or using a pre-existing 'Maglite' for it?

Knowing that I would have this AR molded last (costume first), I havent gone that far ahead into thinking what I would do.
However, I do like the scratchbuild method & adding electronics again so all could be run by a single battery source
I had the torso armor re-painted, gelcoated the interior black, strapping on the shoulder (to act as hinge) and velcroed both sides on the flange.

Damn, you're just a professional at being awesome, huh? Love your armor so far. The torso armor seems a tad big but it does fit in proportion with the helmet. Keep on rockin', bro!
You know what would be neat. You know how in the premier trailer (where it shows the two kids in the field) where he puts the AR on his back plate?
I think it would be a neat idea that after the AR is done, is that you can position rare-earth metal magnets in corrisponding locations on both back piece and AR so that you can just swing it over your shoulder and let it snapp into place.

They sell the small ones at radio shack for sure..lemme find a site really quick.
They have videos showing the strength of them, one was a small disk, holding up an anvil and a steal beam section, with a large person sitting on them (you wont need it that strong now though lol) BRB
Alright, there's one site. Its linked to the disks that would seem large enought for this project, but there are several pages. It also labels the magnet's holding power, just have to guage what you think will work. I can tell you that these are very strong. Hope this helps!
Shoot me a PM for the earth magnets, the electronics store I frequent carry quite a few, and in different sizes. I'm using the small ones for my Fett Helm Earcap.

You bet! This certainly helped a lot - thanks bro!
