Repost the picture in a reply and then describe which one you are talking about... sorry I couldn't figure it out

Keep Building Spartan, it takes time and practice...

As for the detail... well, I assume you mean the panel lines, where it looks like two pieces coming together, and if thats what you mean, then I "carved them into the helm with a dremel... I very scary process considering I didn't want to have to lay more glaze... head to Radio shack now, gotta buy some wire, can't find my box of electronics since I moved... but I got the visor cut and sitting in place, and the vents installed... I will probably work till midnight, I may even get the paint on...

I know how you feel with that. I've screwed up doing that on other things before. and goin back and filling in stuff only to recarve it again is such a pain.

you probably could've put flexible plastic, held down with clay, along the edges of where you wanted the panel lines to be before you glazed that area. Just to keep it from blending into another part. Then cleaned it up with the dremel/sand paper later. It's a way I want to try next time I need something like that.

hey spase, just a suggestion so you can make this helmet all that it can be, you should make a double visor. and i think i'm going to use this stuff, i recently finished assembling my first MK V, and so i can still utilize this method, so i think i will.

Double Visor you say?.... I guess thats what the other visor I bought is for... Mu hahahahaha

Stupid Radio Shack in Kingwood closed at 8.... mmm... I guess I am gonna have to steal wire from something around the house.... grrr... Thats twice in one week Radio Shack has ruined my night... wtf lol

kick ass. this honestly is right next to Sean and BR man, too bad i cant help out
are you going to fix that part thats supposed to be touching the visor, above the mouth piece, but isnt?

The part above the mouth is like that for a reason, the second visor slides behind it... and takes up the space...

Casting this one... or another I may create specifically for casting... but either way, yes I will be casting this one if not one exactly like it... There are always areas for improvements...
