Bloody brilliant!

The glaze really seems to produce a great effect, I agree with Leadingspartan - It does look an awful lot like Bluerealm's!
Keep it up!

My glaze is in the mail now. Looking forward to the tutorial!!!

Outstanding results, Spase!

Well, Blue Realm was the most accurate at the time, and I tried for in Game accuracy... hence the resemblance... Weight... mmm... about 3-5 pounds, less than say, a motorcycle helmet...

if i didnt' know any better i'd guess bluerealm was behind this, you could probably get 600 easy for this on ebay. amazing work man, i hope to follow close behind.

and if i were you i wouldn't mold this, allow it to be a singularity, and you will be a legend, and remain that way for the rarity of your work. up ther with blue realm.

.................Amazing! That is not pepakura! Well.....Youd swear it wasnt. That my friend is FREAKING TALENT! You are god! :)
awsome stuff keep it up :p

I am going to mold this helm... whether or not I sell any, well, I dan't sell copyrighted material... lol, thats my excuse.... if I do end up making any copies, it will be of a limited run... Who wants 100 Spase spartans running around... if there were 300, maybe we could make a movie... anyway, I am off install the interior...

Um, you guys do know you can accomplish this smoothing with basically any body filler/professional clay right?

4ng31, They know that you can do it with other products, I have said that many times, you have a pretty sick helm your self... did you paint all those details? Its way hard to tell in photos, but are they all painted on right? Nice paint of all your pieces..

Not all of them. In my thread I said I used that TAP clay to do some. The hard lines are paint, as I don't really have the time to dremel them in now, but for the next I will.

Also, did you use the LED's from WalMart for yours? They look a lot like mine, except I mounted mine from underneath.

Also, no disrespect meant, I'm actually glad to see others putting in the extra effort on their armor/helmets. I'd also recommend Z-Grip for a filler, also made by Evercoat but cheaper than what you used.

Electronics Came from Radio Shack thats 4 blocks from my house... I never felt disrespected... Everything you did started as a Pep... but did you do all the paint yourself?

Any product thats cheaper would be good... I don't doubt that there are many ways to do this... this is what I did from my experience doing body work, plus its what I am used to working with...
