Thingiverse - Digital Designs for Physical Objects I used this guys files and scaled them down to 96% to fit me. I am 5'11" his design was for some one 6'2".

Big update. All paint is done mostly. I know I could sand some things a little better but I’m happy with my results on my first big build. I’m just waiting on my heat gun and foam to start the tech suit, and the visor/padding to complete the helmet.

I also have tension clamps to hold the torso together while I’m wearing it.

Bravo¡ i love your results too, all the armor and the helmet looks awasome, i want to see the internal process oh the helmet, again, i love your work

So hopefully I will be significantly reducing my time to print and glue everything. And start working on lights for the helmet and a tech suit. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Hey sorry for the late reply. I like that idea but do you have to take the helmet off to turn them off.

Helmet is pretty much finished just need to find away to secure the battery pack more
effectively.

No it’s actually a flexible square visor I cut to shape. I bought the visor from this Etsy shop. NEW...HEX Pattern.......flexible Visors. | Etsy

Dayum! That chest piece fits you so well, and looks really good!

The visor makes the whole helmet pop too.

Small up date today. Started working on my under suit. I plan on covering the majority of the suit in foam cut out to mimic the halo4/5 tech suit. I will eventually spray plasti dip on it to finish the rubber look.

So this under suit is going to be my bane but I’m not giving up.

I have also started on a project for my 6 year old son. We recently played through the campaigns together and his favorite was ODST so he wants to be one for Halloween. Here is a peek at that I will be starting a thread for that build soon.

For my Chief counting failures ( there were more than I would like to admit I have only been 3d printing since Jan) and and tests I probably used around 10 rolls. On my sons I have used 2 so far when it’s done I’ll probably have used 4
