Quick question about foam padding. What size and density of foam do you guys use for your armor? When I've tried on my suit it rubs together on the inner thighs. What I plan on doing is using a very dense 1" foam like that of a pool noddle floaty thing on the outside of the thighs and biceps and then putting a layer of 1" medium density foam over that for padding to space the thighs and get the biceps to be spaced from the shoulders. Anybody else do something like this?

Lol sorry bout my last post if it sounded snotty. I was in a bad mood and had a few drinks . Anyways not too big of an update. The suit is strapped up and ready. I cut out all my foam padding but didn't have time to cement it on to the suit cause I had to head to work. The lights are installed? The helmet is complete minus a fan and amplifier, so all I need to do is glue in the pad, and strap my boot covers to my boots and its DOOOOOONE!!!!!! . I'm stoked. Should be home a little early on Wednesday evening. Ill be sure to post a bunch of pics

Yeah, I have. I've yet to post pictures for lack of time, and the excuse that I want to have all my materials(resin, mask, and such) before continuing. I've pepped out a copy of Jun's knife, and printed a MK IV [G] variant(not exactly game file, but I like having the extended visor on it).

DUDE I have such a special fondness for Halo CE. I played thoughout the entire campaign over a span of 3 sleepless, coffee, ice cream and beer fueled days and nights. All because I rented the Xbox from blockbuster and didn't want to pay for an extra day.

This suit of armor is the cat's pajamas/meow. Nice clean lines. Great color. The light circuit below your power pack is a great touch I was surprised to see it.

Congrats on such a strong finish my friend. GOOD WORK!
