I'm new so I'll skip right to it.

My team -Team PsH- have been working on our first MJOLNIR Armor set, we are new at this but are getting our hands dirty so please tell me what you think.

Update, the Armor is Primmed and ready to go.

This is before the bondo/sanding.

This is after the Bondo, this was taken before we added the Primer so I'll have to update tomorrow.

Again, its our first try.

Thank you.

-The PsH Team-

This goes out to PsHADeadGuy/William

this is our paper folder-er and one of our amazing fiber glassers. The Helmet he is currently working on looks fantastic as well so lets all give him a round of applause for helping with this in such a large way and I'm very happy to have him on the team. People to thank would be PsH - ADeadguy, Nagisa, Soryu, Bones, Stondy, this all could not be done without your help.

looking good..good job on your first time.. way better than mine..any pictures of your other teammate suit ?

No pictures yet, another team member is working on one while helping to work on this one. If this one works out then we will start trying to make something for all of us.

Looking good, but you got your shins pulled up a bit too high in that second pic! hehe :p

But it looks like you did a good job with the scaling. If you managed to go through and not have to redo something due to sizing issues, then you did good! lol :)

looks great for your first armor, but it does look a bit big in some places for you. Did you think its big anywhere?

Haha nice job dude. What he keeps forgetting to mention is that I did all the pep and fiberglass work. And the original paint job. Then I shipped him off the full suit so that he could do the bondo work on it. Which he seems to be doing very well I might add!

And as for it looking a little big on him, it is probably because the suit was originally scaled for me, and I'm just short of 6'5" and I think he is a couple inches shorter than me.

I'm also currently building him a high def helm to go with it. Finished pepping and will fiberglass as soon as its warm enough. I'm at work now, so I can't post any pics, but Ikari here has a few pictures I sent him the other night, so he might post them up as well.

Again though, great job on the bondo so far! Is there any reason why you didn't bondo the backpack?

"Again though, great job on the bondo so far! Is there any reason why you didn't bondo the backpack?" The main reason right now is cause it has those metal pieces and once we paint it those will really stand out and well you can really battle damage metal ^_- The back of the armor is all bondoed, just not those top parts.

Haha thanks dude, I try my best. But in all honesty, I think you've got the harder part. Bondo and detail work take a lot of time and patience. Not to mention a lot of skill to get it to look really good. And right now, I'd say that's looking pretty darn good. You'll be able to turn that into a pretty awesome suit with some good bondo work. I think I got you a pretty decent base to work off of.

Personally I think it needs more bondo/sanding work. I can still see a majority of the pep folds. Also need some better padding/strapping because things are out of place on you in that photo. Off to a good start though. Keep working - it'll pay off in the end.

Cheers,

Kensai

Thank you Cobra, your ODST Armor looks great as well.

Looking good dude, but if I send you white decals, are you going to be able to see the VI over that white paint on the bicep piece?

Sorry to bump but we have been working a lot on the armor. Been adding vinyl graphics to the armor such as Mark IV to the chest, back and leg. Currently working on helmet.
