Best chest I have seen so far. You do need to add a bit more detail on the mid- back, but nothing major.

Wow. I'm so entirely afraid and ultimately excited about this all at the same time. It's truly going to be amazing to see this thing finished.

I love the way you guys have picked up Pepakura and ran with it. Big props to every one who's posted a model or layout, written a tutorial or given helpfull advice to help move it along.

no news realy, ive fixed what nicktendo pointed out and im trying to make this damn thing build-able... i might just give you a pdo of what i have so far cuz im sure someone will come up with a great idea to get it to hold its shape.

Why not use the existing torso and have the detailed sections as plant-ons that you'd stick in place.

If you screwed up a detail section you could just stick on a new bit? Obviously that wouldn't work for recessed setails but it was just an idea.

FS, trust us, I highly doubt ANY of us will be disspointed, this is by far one of thebest torsos and the amount of detail is already incredible! Don't be so hard one yourself!

Skullcandy is right, your work rocks. The best peps I've ever seen. If someone was disappointed it would be because they lack the skill to use your amazing models properly.

i think i might do this. shounds like a plan. ok, im guna post a pdo of this over the weekend so the more adventerious of you can make a start (looks twards Doc) and as for the rest of you (including myself) ill keep workin on makin it easier to keep its shape.

ok you guys (and gals), im guna tidy it a lil and then post an unfinished but workable pdo this weekend, so if you reeeeeeeeeeeely want to, you can start.

The AR I unfolded was a converted OBJ file from a few old posts I found on the forum. I'm not sure who actually posted the file, or it's reposted and someone else has already done it.

I'm just simplifying a few folds and making it less of a pain in the to put together. I'd like to unfold it and do it myself before everyone else, but my secret is out.

Here's a picture of the AR itself. I'm going to be doing a lot of cutting before I can get it out.

Here's also a picture of what I'm working on, but has no relevance to Halo or any video game for that matter. I just want to show somebody this to see if anyone likes it.

It's way to complicated IMO. I made one HERE, and I think I used the same file, or one very similar. Mine has a lot less folds, it's fairly easy to assemble, and it has a removable clip.

ok well, ive gotten it to a stage where im happy that most people will be able to build it. it took a bita goin back on some detail but im sure youll be able to do those bits yourself. im not sure how this one is going to go so any space-monkeys who want to try this out for the greater good please do!!! any and all feedback is very welcome and needed.

im uploading it now but my connection is 24Kbps so please, no more caps lock post looking for it. its on the way. now, im only uploading it in this condition, ie. unwrapped, to curb the pms lookin for a release date. im guna unwrap it over the next few days and re-post it. it wont be long, dont worry.

Chiiiiill, haha. It's not like one more day is going to effect the build of this torso much. When I get around to doing this build, I'm really going to give it the time it deserves and try and do it justice.
