Well, before you release the final version, you should release a beta model, just to make sure you didn't miss anything. In the meantime, I'm going to point out a few more things that I noticed in the last beta model. Here it is again, the list.
NUMBER 1
The scale. I just think that you need to use a better scaling system than the one that you have. Currently 0.304868 is full scale, meaning that you'll have to have some funky 0.xxxxx number for scale, or use the assembled height thing. I still think you need to use a scale like mine, with 86 (MC's height in inches) is full scale, so your scale would be somewhere around you hieght in inches.
NUMBER 2
Add the supports. I'm sure you already were planning on doing this, but still, it's something that needed to be done from the last beta.
NUMBER 3
Keep the visor as an optional piece. You can always add flaps to the visor so that you can attach it in if you want to. Just go to "Edit flaps" then add the right flap (mountain or valley).
NUMBER 4
Do something to show how to properly apply the floating faces to the model. This might include making a texture and showing where to put them, or something similar, but I think that it should be done instead of making people sort of estimate where the floating faces go.
NUMBER 5
The furthest up floating face on the back of the helmet seems a little strange. It just doesn't seem like it belongs, or is a strange shape. I don't know exactly what's wrong with it, it just looks weird.
NUMBER 6
Make the texture either plain white, or remove the texture all together. If you plan on making a texture to show where to put everything, then make it white. If you plan on making no textures, then remove it.
Now, do you personally plan on unfolding this one, or are you going to do what you did with the chest, and have a volunteer unfold it? Also, I think that the detail on the back should be there. If someone wants to do fabric or something, they can.
------------------------------------------
I think that's it. I can't wait for the final version. I hope I didn't add these "critisisms" to late.
Sorry I didn't break the post up with pics
