Riding my motorcycle, particularly long-range to meet friends for destination vacations.
In '21, I bought a dealer demo-motorcycle with 16 miles on for thousands off. It's a 2020 Triumph Tiger 900 GT; my daily commuter and vacation companion.
For the past three summers, I've traveled over a thousand miles in no more than two days to meet up with friends at various destinations for vacation.

DC > Hot Springs, AR.
DC > Destin, FL.

Favorite part of Halo:
The thrill of spearheading man-kinds last attempt to survive complete extinction. This also holds true for my love of the TV-show Battlestar Galactica.

Favorite Halo:
Halo 2. Why? I have such fond memories of LAN parties and Xbox Live. Spending hours glitching and getting out of maps with friends. Online play was fresh and new; was a great way to connect with friends before cell phones were widely used.

Favorite Video Game:
Other than Halo? Battlefield 4 is high on the list. Runescape has a special place in my heart. I go back to visit sometimes.

Favourite part of Halo: I love the ships. I am a massive sucker for the little details of science fiction ships, and the attention to detail in the Halo universe is one of my favourite bits of it.

Other Interests: As I mentioned I am an outdoorsy person, but also a massive aviation nerd. I recently got back into working out, with my ODST armour being my gift to myself when I hit 185 again, which I did last week.

What do you hope to learn here?: I inherited a 3D printer and have been looking to make my own ODST armour. I met one of your fine folks at Game Con Canada last year, and much to my wife's annoyance I have been hooked on the idea since.

I built some Mandalorians(was Approved in the Mandalorian Mercs and now in the Mandalorian Roughnecks), and a Imperial Shocktrooper for my wife(501st German Garrison)

I'm part of the Mandalorian Roughnecks, a German Star Wars cosplay club officially recognized by Lucasfilm and Disney. Additionally, I participate in a Star Wars Stammtisch (regulars' table) in Wilhelmshaven.


I also run my own community—or rather, a fan meetup—called the Oldenburger Otaku Treff (OOT), an anime and manga fan gathering in my hometown. Along with some friends, I manage this event, which brings together around 100 participants. We meet in public for a large picnic, where some attendees come in cosplay, others take photos, and many simply join to make new friends and discuss the latest in the anime and manga world.


As a side note, my Mandalorian armor is 3D printed, and I sewed some of the soft parts myself—so I already have some crafting skills!

A Funny Story:​

When I first got into this hobby a decade ago, I originally planned to build a Spartan (from Halo). However, I struggled with scaling Pepakura at the time and ended up making two helmets that didn’t fit. Then, at an event, I saw two Mandalorians and thought, "Their armor looks so much easier than a Spartan's—I’ll start there!"


Now, 10 years and 8 Mandalorian builds later, I’ve come full circle, returning to where it all began—but this time with better equipment, more knowledge, and new motivation.

What do you hope to learn here?: I would like to do a Halo cosplay focused more on uniforms than armor, like a Navy officer. Something where the LEGO prop in my hands stands out more, but an upgrade from dude in a t-shirt.
