Update as of 10/10/10: Thank you so much ventruefor telling me that my mask was inadequate for my work, I did go get a respirator that does filter organic vapors (it helped alot).

Also I did get the helmet outside resined and fiberglassed on the inside, same with the front half of the boots.

The outside of the chest, COD, and back half of boots are resined to and the insides will be fiberglassed later today.

I will have some pictures later once I can get my phone to sync with my computer again.

Yea... if you can smell the resin thru the mask... It's time to replace the mask and or filter.

Having said that...

Nice progress so far! Can't wait to see more progress pics.

The weather here was nice but since my water pump broke I had to replace that first so I could take a shower to get all that resin and crap off so lets hope tomorrow is just as good as today was . So Far when its been kinda on the cold end I have added about 5-7 more drops of the hardener to it and that helped alot, also I ordered some Aqua Resin just incase the weather does take a turn for the worse.

But on the brighter side I did get my helmet sprayed and holes drilled for the lights and switch.

Updates After this will be updated on my first post:
So After a few hours with the soldering iron I did finally get some Lights wired into my helmet, BTW they are not LED's they are 14 volt light bulb's ran off of 2 9Volt Batteries.

I Added a little toggle switch on the back just so I have a little more control of how long the batteries last.

I did as well get the helmet padded and it fits like a glove, very little movement besides the foam giving a little. On another note if you decide to glue in your own custom padding use Acrylic latex caulk plus silicone, that stuff sticks to anything and works much better than elmers glue or super glue.

Sadly I don't have any pictures of the visor in yet, I just ordered it today and it should be here the 18th-21st so about that time the helmet will be 100% done.

Finally done! And I made my Halloween Deadline, spite having to remake the Thigh pieces.

I would have been done earlyer but I botched my first batch of resin on the thighs so I had to reprep and resin them in 2 days.

Yeah it is. Its because when I didn't put the support in for the visor and I taped it back just a little bit to far so it turned out just a little off tilter.

Thanks. If I started earlyer I probably would have ended up with More HD pieces but I can always make those later.

Yeah It was the closest color of spartan green the wal-mart here had. And that pic isn't really that great. I'm going to start on a noble 6 build here after Halloween and try the casting way and scale the pieces a little more to my size. My thighs and Shins came out bigger than expected and wearing them for a few hours they are really beat up. I will see if I can get a few pics of the damage here soon.
