I scaled it for 6'1" people. Also I added like 2 inches. You just have to scaled down by like 10% or up by 10%
And the way to scale it is by using the Assemble Height method.

Why don't you just put together the test sizer by supertaco printed on regular printer paper? It's lo-res so it's not going to take long to assemble one.death said:

The hd chest you can use the scales around page 38. all the information is there. its not hard.
fs helm is about 1-2cm smaller than the tester which is nothing when you make it. it will take you 2-3 hours to make the tester helm, dont score it and use fast setting superglue, nuff said

Hey thanks everyone!
I guess what's hard is FINDING the info, I didn't find it on page 38 info yet but it seems 40.6 may be good, I'll keep looking....the SEARCH feature isn't pinpointing what I need.
If someone is making it and can post their SIZE and the scale they used I can have a reference to what will work.
Not sure if that request was for MY pictures but here's MY helmet I have ready for duplicating. Low lighting though sorry.
I also have a recently FINISHED Assult Rifle and a couple other parts and want to mold all them all the same week.
Then I have to practice aged metal painting techniques... but real fun!
These cold winter days are good for getting work done [

heh, no i wont be gone, i was just gone the past few days cuz the computer was in use by someone other then me the whole time 
on the note of the girly creature i dont think shes the kind to try get away with crap cuz shes prity, shes got a nich shy way about her.
oh and dont worry, theres only a few minor things to do with the mrk v before it'll be out. the problem is i havnt been able to get near the computer at home and i cant exacly work on it in work without drawing attention im afraid. on a good note ill finaly get access to the comp tonight and i should be able to make the changes and then send it off to be checked out for any more changes. then there'll be a public beta which hopefuly wont need changes so shazam thatll be that and ill beck onto the mrk VI.
@thecomposer: that helmet's looking good. as for scaling the torso, if you give me this mesurement

My measurement is 18 inches from Armpit to Armpit + the smell.
Measuring again, 50 inches all around from outside arm shoulder back to the same shoulder

Hmm, I just realized that when I measured my shoulders for you, FS, I measured from the outside edge of one shoulder to the other. Not from armpit to armpit. I tried on the torso so far and it comes up to the edge of my shoulders. I REALLY don't want to start over so I think I am just going to keep going.
EDIT: Hey, just thought I would mention, in the above poll, the bicep was voted to be the next piece you work on. Robo is almost done with one now (I'm sure you already know) just thought I would remind everyone, and that in my opinion, FS, you should work on a different piece.

finaly able to get back at the computer today, stoodipness. anyhu, it wont be long till the mrk v is ready to go.
in the meen time heres a great idea for a game i thought up on the bus:

well what i meant was squirell that the shoulder straps are touching the neck and if your torso touches your neck thent that should be the scale
Well I think that since that your HD torso is so much of a BIT#%, (again, if it wasn't it wouldn't look awesome) I will keep it. I guess all it can do is make me look more huge like the MC! Who cares if I can't touch my opposite shoulder lol?

) and im starting on new models. im guna go with what vroggy suggested and do one of em as a 'many hands make light work' test kinda thing to see how well it goes.so anyhu, thats what im up to. what are you doin?

and id apreciate it veeerrry much if youy could like separate it into the different armor parts so they can be assembled and worn like a chief suit, eccept they'll be arbie. i know everyone says its gonna be impossible to make it fit a human. but thats my challange. i do have a 3d editing program, its rhino. im currently reading a book about it, but its really confusing. so i dont know how to use it yet.
ps. cant wait for your next model!
