Introduce Yourself - The Sequel!

Welcome!! Do you have pics I'd love to see what you have built, or are working on!
Thank you!
I've been on a bit of a cosplay hiatus these last couple years, so most of my costume pictures are a bit outdated at this point. orz
I've attached the blender file of my silly custom Infinite spartan (who is gonna be my main reason for using this forum) as well as a picture of the last time I went "out" in a finished cosplay, lol. I have a couple other costumes currently in the works from: Sonic the hedgehog, Dragonball Z and Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.

Hello everyone!

First Name: Zac
Profession: IT Manager
Age: 24
Favorite Hobby: Definitely gaming, collecting (Legos, Transformers, Pokémon), and then automotive projects.
Favorite part of Halo: The ending of Halo 3... gives me chills every time.
Favorite Halo: Halo Reach, closely followed by Halo 3 ODST (probably unpopular opinions).
Favorite Video Game: Currently, Sea of Thieves. Of all time, The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker.
Other Interests: PC building, tinkering with electronics, hiking, camping, biking (motored and non-motored), the list goes on.
Favorite Food: Hands down Mexican food (I wish it liked me as much as I like it).
Favorite Band (artist): Rozen does great work with the remixes they do.
Favorite Movie(s): All 6 Star Wars movies (there are only 6, no more, no less)(Okay I can count Rogue One, so 7).
What do you hope to learn here?: I want to use this forum to help me get ideas on a work of my own, which is going to be the spartan in my profile picture from Halo: Reach. I also really enjoy seeing the projects that other people have made just to admire them. And then actually being in a community sounds cool, since I'm usually alone for stuff like this.
Have you built/made a costume before?: I built one a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. Okay, maybe in the same galaxy, but it sounds better the other way. I made a grunt costume when I was about 13 years old and took it up to the Emerald City Comicon. It was an awful costume, but was fun to make anyways... I think I still have it in a closet somewhere.
Do you belong to any other costume communities? If so, which one(s)?: That's a negative, this is my first one.
Other: Something I would like to mention is the impact that costumers have on those around them that fuel inspiration and creativity. When I was a kid (around 12 years old) and I saw people costuming as Spartans I thought it was the coolest thing ever and always wanted to make my own set of armor.

That's where my first costume came from, and although it was bad (it really was) I still loved walking around in costume and meeting the Spartans, but this time standing with them instead of being in awe from a distance. That moment is when I knew I wanted to push forward into costuming. After my grunt costume, I made a creeper helmet (from Minecraft), a plasma cutter (from Dead Space), and then a Hylian Shield and the Master Sword (from The Legend of Zelda). Each one I worked on got better and better, but then... radio silence.

I slowly forgot about the hobby and fell out of it. Life moved on and I got busy with everything else. But years later, I went to a different convention (Portland Retro Gaming Expo) and was reminded of the inspiration to it all in the first place... Halo. I purchased a 3D printer (Ender 5 Pro) and was ecstatic to begin printing my armor, which I got from
NerdForgeDesigns. I printed out the helmet, the forearms, and 3/4 of the chest piece and look forward to finishing it.

Now that I've started, there's no stopping, so I'll see y'all around the forums.

Cheers!
