yah sorry bro I know that just stinks whenever u put so much effort and the someone or something is like
"hay what is this"
it just happened to me too yesterday a big rip in my unresined chestpiece
although I really hope that it will turned out ok

I used some painters tape on the inside and outside of my rips before I resined. Did it on my first build, couldn't even tell.

So had some time to calm down and think. Filled the void with expanda foam and trimmed down the excess. Painted the black section tomorrow I'll paint the green and go ham with the hot glue molten metal look and silver.

Also padded my helmet and it's super snug now.

Got the silver in and the pics don't do it justice but that expanda foam painted silver really looks melted so I'm happy.

Tomorrow it should all be wearable. Still need to finish the joints of the fingers and make a COD piece but that's about it.

Might i ask where you got the hex material to do that with ? i am trying to gather some knowledge before i go into a spartan build, thanks!!

From here. Found it in the Forums some where.
A4 Size Hex Sheet

I wouldn't recommend spray paint like I did maybe air brush. And wait for it to completely dry before removing the hexes. Or else what little paint is left likes to pull up with the hexes.

Finished my Gloves and once I figure out the mouting for the make shift "COD" piece i'll be happy to fully wear out the suit.
