Finally got the front of the helmet together! 0FE7AF33-DDC1-409D-8E3B-5ECF3C536D5F.jpeg764BA7E8-43F8-4A97-8481-4912F46E5079.jpeg

Looks amazing bro, I have no doubt with some dremeling and custom fitting, the branfuhr visor would fit and look truly epic! When you're done with the suit, would you consider printing for commission?
**** that’s something I can actually do well is print. If you looks close I’m not good enough/patient enough to do the finesse sanding but I figure from any distance and with paint it’ll be impossible to tell.

But yeah I was actually thinking of getting the CR10S5 to be able to bang out full pieces already scaled to not have to worry about the gluing. Although I have found a method that works...

Wet the edges with the glue and then hold together. Put a real good layer on the inside and then spray with accelerant to harden it instantly. Then wipe the front clean and it should nearly flawless from the front.

But thanks man. Gonna try and get this painted and the LEDs soldered and wired tonight!

Helmet is 3/4 done. Last 2 prints should be done by tomorrow night!

Next will be the BR with some black PLA+ from eSun that you guys have recommended.

Been playing with Armor Smith and modeled myself and all 3 of my boys and their armor color based upon their favorite colors!

Only thing I don't like about ArmorSmith is the insane amount of resources it uses and I only have a 1050 :(

My brother runs armorsmith on a 1050 with some issues as well, but I've ran it on both the 1070ti and intel integrated graphics without any stuttering, so I'm not 100% sure what's going on.

Checking in with a GeForce GTX 760 and a i7-4790K, I've only ever had issues when trying to attach multiple stl files that are 35MB and up. If your models are non-manifold it also causes issues but that's another issue.

Holy smackerel!! Be careful using the x-acto knife, man!

That print is looking sick! Looking forward to seeing it up and running!

And try not to cut yourself anymore!

Had a print fail miserably with the rest of the BR parts so I was a bit behind. But it’s reprinting and the 2 grenades are almost done as well. Damn the Grenades are big! Even at .72 Of their full size, they’re still massive. 1DE106C0-BB5C-4129-BE86-EB9618AA659E.jpegEBD10D02-18A8-4658-A4B3-D52A7F06F6CD.jpegC3F17629-6A26-4CD7-BA28-A08EDE121B6A.jpeg44E94A46-5B90-4CFB-BE73-F3204A62C0C3.jpeg4F86F777-996B-4829-AE40-168BDDB16354.jpeg
